KBDP Power Steering & Hydro Boost Hose Line Kit.

The OEM and many aftermarket replacement power steering / hydro boost lines are prone to leaking. Fix the problem before it becomes a headache!

    • Heavy duty hydraulic hoses
    • Easy to install compared to hard OE style lines
    • Assembled in the USA!

Fits: 2001-2010 Chevy & GMC 2500 & 3500 applications with the 6.6l LB7 LLY LBZ or LMM Duramax.

*Notice: Blue thread locker must be used on all flare fittings. For safety, all hoses must be checked for leaks or wear daily. If a hose is compromised the truck must be disabled immediately until it is repaired.

    Install Torque Procedure
    Method one: 20 – 22 Ft-lbs

Method two FFWR (best method): 1.25 Flats from Wrench Resistance. Tighten the nut lightly with a wrench (approximately 30 in.lb.) This is considered the wrench resistance position. Starting from this position, tighten the nut further by the number of flats listed above. A flat is referred to as one side of the hexagonal nut and equates to 1/6 of a turn.
