Terms and Conditions


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:

All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however shipping costs are not covered. Coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

Personalized Items (custom engraved, embroidered, or painted)
Custom Wheels & Tires Packages

Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment, or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process. In the event an item ships post cancellation, the item may be returned at no cost to the client.


In order to return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please Reach out to 10 Second Racing to start the process:


Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive an email with an RMA form attached. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing since in many instances, we have to wait for a manufacturer's response.


There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request a RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.


We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact 10 Second Racing as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested in order to correctly process your request.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - Regularly Stocked Products (Non-Made-To-Order)

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part, please note that it takes time for a manufacturer to cancel an order. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.


Many products offered by 10 Second Racing are manufactured to order by our vendor partner network. The 10 Second Racing website and affiliated social media stores clearly notate which products are manufactured to order by the following description, 'MANUFACTURED ITEM! 6-8 WEEK BUILD TIME'. When a client accepts 10 Second Racing Terms and Conditions when checking out, they understand they are purchasing an item that is made to order from scratch. There is ample manpower behind made to order product coordination, planning, production and eventual delivery. When a situation arises where a client desires to cancel an order containing a manufactured product, the 10 Second Racing service team will make every effort to request the manufacturer to suspend production of the product. When accepting 10 Second Racing's Terms and Conditions upon checking out, the payor understands the manufacturer may charge a service or restocking fee due to the cost of labor applied to the point of requested cancellation. To help provide better context for clients concerned with this process, please see below example:

Cancellation Request I.)

Client orders a manufactured to order product on 07/01. The order is submitted for manufacturer production on 07/02. The client has a change of heart of and wishes to cancel the order after they find out it will take longer than they anticipated. The client cancels the following week on 07/08. The 10 Second Racing vendor relations team submits the production cancellation request to the manufacturing partner on 07/08. At the sole discretion of the manufacturing partner, the partner confirms production cancellation and refunds the purchase IN FULL (No restocking/cancellation fees), to 10 Second Racing. Upon refund confirmation from the manufacturing partner, 10 Second Racing refunds the payor of the order. 

Cancellation Request II.)

Client orders a manufactured to order product on 07/01. The order is submitted for manufacturer production on 07/02. The client waits about six weeks and has grown frustrated waiting for their order to finish production. The client requests to cancel their order on 08/15. The 10 Second Racing vendor relations team submits the production cancellation request to the manufacturing partner on 08/16. At the sole discretion of the manufacturing partner, the partner confirms production cancellation and refunds the purchase LESS A 10% CANCELLATION FEE, to 10 Second Racing. Upon refund confirmation from the manufacturing partner, 10 Second Racing refunds the payor of the order to include the orginal transaction amount minus the total of applicable cancellation fees implemented by the manufacturing partner. 

The above case examples are a rough idea of how this industry works. 10 Second Racing started as a business to streamline and organize communication throughout the manufacturing process. We offer a service team committed to supporting our loyal racers to the best of our ability. Our team is well equipped to help clients avoid any associated cancellation or restocking fees, we will do so to the best of our ability. 



Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.


10 Second Racing utilizes the latest technology in payment processing via it's gateway partner, Stripe, Inc. 10 Second Racing partners with Stripe as its primary payment processor for the safety and security to its valued clients and employees alike. The majority of new orders placed with 10 Second Racing are verified by Stripe's 3D Secure Authentication. This means Stripe is communicating with the cardholder's financial institution to confirm the identity of the cardholder prior to withdrawing funds from an associated account. These orders pose little to no risk of suspected fraudalent activity. On occasion, Stripe will fail the authentication of a cardholder's identity when a new order is placed. This means Sripe was unable to verify the identity of the cardholder with their financial institution. In the event Stripe 'Flags' a new order as suspected fraud, 10 Second Racing will proactively contact the individual listed on the billing address of the order to confirm their identity. 10 Second Racing manually captures payments for new orders and does not process orders until the identity of the listed individual on the billing address is authenticated. In an effort to validate the identity of the cardholder on new orders, 10 Second Racing may request a copy of a Government issued identification card or passport. 10 Second Racing will then share this copy with Stripe to provide to the cardholder's financial institution. If the financial institution confirms a match of the cardholder's listed billing address to the information listed on the identification, the payment for the order will be processed. If the cardholder does not wish to provide a copy of their government issued identification card or passport to assist in identify verification, their order will be voided and cancelled. This payment policy is enforced strictly with 10 Second Racing. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy as United States federal law mandates merchants such as 10 Second Racing to follow the outlined steps to authenticate the identity of cardholders prior to payment capture. 10 Second Racing accepts many popular payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, etc. The option for clients to pay for a new order with a credit or debit card is available for purchase total amounts less than $5,000 USD. For purchase orders in an amount exceeding $5,000 USD, a United States based bank wire transfer is required. This policy is not mandated by US federal law, it is a policy enforced by 10 Second Racing. The reason for this policy is unfortunately due to cardholders who have disputed their transaction on grounds of fraud after receiving products delivered by 10 Second Racing. Disputes by cardholders in excess of $5,000 USD strongly damage the relationship 10 Second Racing carries with its payment processor Stripe as well as the  associated financial institution of the cardholders. In an effort for 10 Second Racing to retain a working relationship with its financial partners and clients alike, we require a bank wire transfer for purchase order amounts in excess of $5,000 USD. 10 Second Racing partners with JP Morgan Chase as its official banking partner. JP Morgan Chase utilizes state of the art payments technology to ensure ACH or Wire Transfers are safe and secure when transmitted. What Are The Fees When Returning An Item?

10 Second Racing is pleased to announce that we do not charge our customers any return shipping or restocking fees on items that are shipped through standard ground transportation services. This does not include items deemed 'non-returnable', or 'custom' items. This policy also does not apply to items transported through truck freight services that are deemed too large, wide, or heavy to be transported through standard shipping methods. 10 Second Racing is committed to resolve any concerns or problems that may arise in the return process. We will always review each claim on a case by case basis to determine the eligibility and the nature of the return request.




10 Second Racing uses the latest in online shopping technology and guarantees fast, easy and secure credit card transactions. We accept all major credit cards.

In order to ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products. If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is guaranteed to be shipped the next business day, after which its delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS websites. On the average, orders shipped via FedEx Ground & UPS Ground arrive in 4-6 business days.

Total Delivery Time = Time to Manufacture + Shipping Time

Please NOTE: If the billing address you provide is not on file with your credit card company, it may cause unnecessary delays. Please make sure that you clear this with your company before submitting the order. All deliveries require customer signature.

* Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, & Canada may require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to the customer before the credit card is charged. Feel free to request an international shipping quote before placing an order. If you would like special shipping arrangements please email us at info@10secondracing.com.

Shipments to Canada are treated as all the other international shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments by the Canadian government.


In effort to provide our valued clients with the most up to date and accurate information, 10 Second Racing is continuously implementing real-time updates to our online superstore. Due to the immediate nature of these updates the correction of any errors and/or omissions can happen at any time without prior notice. This information may include but is not limited to pricing, availability, suggested use, fitment, compatibility, and warranties.

10 Second Racing is not responsible for any additional charges, labor, loss, or damage incurred as a result of information, correct or incorrect, referenced or products purchased from 10 Second Racing. While we work to avoid any errors or omissions that may appear on the 10 Second Racing website, we do reserve the right to cancel any undelivered orders based on inaccurate information. 

The 10 Second Racing store contains products listed as a $0.00 retail price which indicate that support must be contacted to assist in completing the order for that product. If a checkout is completed on a product listed as a $0.00 retail price prior to contacting 10 Second Racing support the order will be voided and considered non-shippable. By agreeing to these terms the customer waives their right to protest an order not being shipped out when completed with a retail value of $0.00. Simply stated, give us a call to help out with complex products that require multiple options to be selected so that you do not make a mistake choosing the wrong selection and blowing your engine. If a customer pursues receiving their product for $0.00 anyway, we will gladly email a picture of the product to consider that order shipped & fulfilled.
