BMW M cars of recent are equipped with electronically adjustable shocks that allow the users to set stiffness from the convenience of the driver's seat. It is a really good system out of the box but works against enthusiasts who are looking to further improve handling characteristics and aesthetics of their vehicle. Disconnecting the factory electronic shocks will cause the vehicle to go into "limp mode" preventing the vehicle from accessing different running modes along with multiple vehicle error codes. Other than very expensive aftermarket adjustable coilovers and/or plug in shock "bypasses", options are very slip. This is where the Pro-S comes in.
Megan Racing Pro-S Adjustable Lowering Spring System re-uses the factory shock absorbers and replaces most of the components around it. The factory spring seats are replaced with a press-in threaded adjustable unit comprised of high strength CNC'ed steel and aluminum seat collars allowing for ride height adjustability. The coil springs are manufactured by SWIFT SPRINGS whom are renown for their quality and durability providing a smooth and sporty ride with subtly aggressive spring rates to help control dynamic road forces without overpowering the factory shock absorbers. And because the shock absorbers remain un-touched, all functionality and suspension modes are retained by the vehicle. A great option for users who are seeking to have adjustable suspension without breaking the bank. And like all Megan Racing components, it is protected with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

ABOUT MEGAN RACING
Megan Racing was founded on the belief that the goal of the automotive enthusiast should not be limited by the size of one’s wallet, but rather on their heart and passion for motor-sports. As a young automotive enthusiast, Calvin (CEO) spent all his income on rent and special modifications towards his prized 1988 Toyota Celica All-Trac Turbo. Building it from the ground up, he initially purchased performance parts from local wholesale businesses and resold them to local shops and their consumers.
