Ford UF893 is a replacement ignition coil-on-plug (COP) part number designed for select Ford trucks and commercial vehicles equipped with the 7.3L V8 gas engine.

The UF893 ignition coil fits several Ford Super Duty and commercial chassis models built from 2020 onward, including: 
Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty (7.3L V8)
Ford E-350 and E-450 Super Duty
Ford F-53 and F-59 Commercial/Motorhome Chassis

Function: It transforms low battery voltage into the thousands of volts needed to fire the spark plug and ignite fuel in the engine cylinder. 

Design: Built with copper windings and high-dielectric epoxy to resist internal shorts, moisture intrusion, and heat breakdown. 

Replacement: Often sold individually or as a set of eight when replacing worn or failing factory coils (OE numbers include LC3Z12029A and DG587)
