GM Part Number 17122490 (also known as ACDelco HL124) is a hydraulic roller lifter. These are original equipment lifters widely used across General Motors, most famously known as the factory LS7 lifter used in various Generation III/IV LS and Generation V LT engines.

These lifters are highly popular for both routine replacements and performance upgrades across a wide variety of General Motors vehicles.
Primary Function: Automatically adjusts engine valves to ensure optimal performance, durability, and a quiet operation.
