GM part number 12669871 is an Original Equipment (OE) 95mm electronic fuel injection throttle body. It regulates the amount of air entering the engine to maintain the proper air-fuel mixture.

Primary Application: Originally designed for the supercharged Gen V LT5 engine (found in the C7 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1) and used in various high-performance 6.2L supercharged GM vehicles (like the Cadillac Escalade). 

Performance Upgrades: Due to its larger 95mm bore size, it is also a popular aftermarket modification for other Gen V LT engines (LT1, LT4, LT2) to support higher airflow, provided you use an adapter plate or port-matched intake.
