    1999-2014 Ford 4.6/5.4/5.8L 4V Modular Engines w/ coil-on-plug ignitions. Can be retro-fitted to fit a 1997 and 1998 if a conversion harness is used. 1997-1998 Ford Mustang Cobra and other 4V cars employed a coil pack style ignition coil with one coil pack per bank. Cars that use this ignition coil out of the box are the Mustang Mach 1, '99+ Cobra (97-98 can be retro-fitted) and the Shelby GT500 from 2007 to 2012.
