CSF Gen 2 B58 Race X Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold - Thermal Black Finish

The supplied hardware kit includes all of the brackets, bolts, washers, and CNC machined fittings for installation. This is an industry-exclusive feature to the CSF x VF Engineering design, and was extremely difficult to not only engineer, but to manufacture as well. An array of items come vacuum packaged with corresponding letters listed on an easy to use Bill-of-Materials List (BOM) along with exploded diagrams and a simple order of operation procedure list to follow for installation. Made with mechanics, technicians, racers and DIY enthusiasts in mind. This is a Racing Product and intended to be installed only by a skilled and experience technician who is familiar with the B58 engine platform

• Core can be setup for dual or single pass: The -16 ORB bung on front water end plate can be used to adjust the flow configuration to single-pass and/or to be used with an ice-box setup. Includes CNC machined plug for dual-pass configuration
• Utilizes a High Performance, Motorsports-Grade Bar/Plate Air-to-Water Intercooler Core - 25% larger than the standard Gen-2 B58 Super Manifold (CSF#8200) - 15 Rows of Water Cooling vs. CSF #8200 12 Rows and OEM 6 Rows
• Individual 1/8" NPT Ports on the Top of Each Cylinder Runner for Nitrous or Meth Injection - Allows for Even Spray Distribution and Control for Maximum Performance
• Some modifications to install - this product is intended to be installed only by a skilled and experience technician who is familiar with the B58 engine platform
• Comes Finished in Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote (Available in Raw Billet - CSF #8400 or Custom Finishes - CSF #8400C)
