Torque Specs:
HE351VE Backing/Seal Plate: 30 in-lbs
HE300VG Backing/Seal Plate: 85 in-lbs
Compressor Wheel Nut: 170 in-lbs - If balanced, align nut and wheel marks.
V-Band Clamps: 150 in-lbs
