    Tired of the chain store threaded gate eyelets? On t-posts they are a pain to change and never seem to last very long - especially with wildlife traffic. This style set up is much easier to maintain on T-posts. If the black insulator fails simply pull the pin and install a new insulator. No need to remove the wire and slide the whole assembly up the post like other gate eyelets.
