An EA888 engine turbo muffler delete pipe is an aftermarket replacement part that removes the restrictive factory sound-canceling baffle on the turbocharger outlet of Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) 1.8T and 2.0T engines.

Removes Baffles: Replaces the stock multi-chambered "muffler" outlet with a sleek, single-piece continuous metal pipe.

Improves Airflow: Eliminates air turbulence and flow restrictions caused by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) design. 

Enhances Sound: Amplifies the audible turbo spooling and blow-off noises. 

Boosts Response: Provides slightly sharper throttle and turbo response.
It fits VAG vehicles featuring the EA888 Gen 3 (and select Gen 2) 1.8T and 2.0T TSI/TFSI engines with IHI turbochargers (such as IS12, IS20, and IS38).
