The GM 12672469 is a genuine GM Gen V LT-series hydraulic roller camshaft, originally designed for the 6.6L L8T engine. It is highly popular as an OEM-spec upgrade for deleting factory cylinder deactivation systems like AFM (Active Fuel Management) and DOD (Displacement on Demand).
(When replacing active fuel management lifters with standard LS7-style lifters, this cam fits 2014-2022 models equipped with L83, L84, L82, and L8B 5.3L V8 engines).
