All items are covered under our 30 day return, refund, exchange and replacement policy. Order too many? Item not exactly what you wanted? Have an emergency and need some cash? No Problem, Khaos Motorsports has you covered! All returns must be started within 30 days of receiving the item and in unused and undamaged condition packages are fine as long as there is no damage to the product itself. Once We Receive Your Item The Refund Will Be Processed Or You Will Be Contacted About Any Damage That Will Incur Extra Fees. Make Sure To Contact Us To Let Us Know You Are Returning An Item So We Are Aware And Your Refund is Processed As Quickly As Possible (Providing a tracking number is recommended but optional). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee and (shipping cost is non refundable) unless it is defective or damaged then we will provide return label and refund in full the products value Color Match Products Will Have A 50% Restock Fee Due To Them Being Painted To Order. Custom paint options are non returnable or refundable unless it is due to quality. Or you can exchange for a product of equal value just pay shipping and you will avoid the 10% restock fee. Bends asked to be expanded are non returnable and non refundable. If your package has been lost and the carrier shows lost we will replace it for you at no charge, however if it says the package was delivered you are responsible for contacting the carrier.
