    Note 1:  As of 6/2017, the fitment of the 8.60" (7.5% OD), the 9.10" (13.6% OD), 9.55" (19.6%), and 10.0" (25% OD) pulley rings have been confirmed.  In the LT4 application, it is not necessary to change or relocate idler pulleys to fit crank pulley rings as large as 10.0". 

    The 9.10" kit requires the 080842HD belt.  The 10.0" kit uses the K080865 belt.  The 9.55" kit should use a belt that is approximately 85.3" in length.  Remaining belt data will be added here once available.     

    Note 2:  Most of the crank pulley rings can be purchased in a 10-rib configuration for custom applications.  Please call for details on availability and pricing.

    This crank pulley kit is based on the Innovator's West replacement balancer assembly for the GM LT4 engine, PN 8410.  This kit represents a clean and simple way to add boost and horsepower to your supercharged Cadillac or ZL1 Camaro without making any permanent modifications. 

    The Innovator's West balancer is precision-machined in the USA and installs directly in place of the cast factory unit.  The SFI-approved IW balancer and crank ring assembly weighs only 12.6 lbs, compared to 16.2 lbs for the factory steel unit.  Installation of this kit removes significant rotating mass from the front of the engine, and it adds the proven wet clutch harmonics-dampening technology that makes Innovators West the premier balancer in motorsports.   

    Our CNC-machined crank pulley rings bolt directly to the new balancer using the provided fasteners.  Once the balancer assembly is installed, changing the outer ring to adjust the boost level is simply a matter of six the allen-head fasteners.  Crank pulley rings are also available separately and are listed elsewhere in this section.
