Metco MotorSports® Product Warranty

Metco Motorsports will repair or replace any Metco products found upon our inspection to be defective in material or workmanship within 90 days from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. 

Metco Motorsports makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to any purchasers, except the warranty above.  Metco Motorsports hereby excludes from any purchase any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a specific purpose or use.  Metco Motorsports will not be responsible for any contingent, incidental, secondary, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.  All purchasers and users of products manufactured by Metco Motorsports agree to hold harmless and indemnify Metco Motorsports from any and all claims arising from their use.  Failure to receive notice of any of the limitations contained in this disclaimer shall not serve to extend liability to Metco Motorsports for any claims arising out of the use of its products.
