Add more power to your 2011-2014 F150 Coyote with the 5.0L by installing our Twisted Steel headers. These headers feature 1-5/8" mandrel-bent tuned length primary tubes that will outflow the stock cast manifolds by 46%. These headers are built using 409 stainless steel and feature thick 3/8" flanges for a leak-free seal. We designed the headers to incorporate a merge collector (header collector). A merge collector combines high flow and velocity to increase and broaden the engines torque curve, while reducing turbulence that is found in traditional form collectors. When combined with our off-road or catted y-pipes, performance gains increased as much as 10 HP and 20 lbs. x ft of torque over the stock manifolds and factory Y-pipe.
Factory Mounting Locations: These headers retain your stock catalytic converters and are a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation.
Mitered Collectors: Mitered collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
Heavy-Duty Flanges: Thick flanges prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle.
