The EA888 Gen2 Rebuild Overhaul Kit is a comprehensive package of replacement engine components designed to completely refresh or rebuild the 2.0-liter turbocharged (2.0T) TSI and TFSI engines found in select Audi and Volkswagen vehicles from 2008 to 2015. This kit fits Gen2 EA888 2.0T engines (such as engine codes CCTA, CBFA, CAEB, and CDNC).

Pistons and Rings: Features 23mm wrist pin pistons (OE Part #06H107065DM) and matching piston rings to help solve the common EA888 oil consumption problem.

Connecting Rods: A set of 4 matching connecting rods designed for 23mm piston pins.

Timing Chain Kit: Includes timing chains, tensioners, guides, and sprockets (such as OE Part #06H109469T) to fix stretching chains and failing tensioners. 

Gaskets and Seals: A complete head gasket set, valve stem seals, and crankshaft seal sets. 

Valves and Bolts: Intake and exhaust valves along with heavy-duty cylinder head bolts.

Bearings: Main and rod bearing kits to restore proper crankshaft clearance.
