The Standard Ignition PC1170 is a direct-replacement engine camshaft position sensor engineered specifically for select Ford vehicles. 

Tracks Rotation: It monitors the precise speed and rotational position of the engine’s camshaft.

Communicates with ECM: It sends this data to the vehicle’s Engine Control Module (ECM) so the computer can properly time fuel injection and ignition spark.

Optimizes Performance: Accurate readings help maintain fuel economy, reduce harmful emissions, and ensure smooth engine operation

Terminals: 3 blade-type male terminals

Connector: Oval female connector (no wire leads attached for a direct plug-and-play fit)

Compatibility: Commonly fits select modern Ford applications, such as the F-150 and Mustang with 5.0L V8 engines, among others.

Installation: Direct OE replacement that requires no special programming
