The EA888 Gen2 Rebuild Overhaul Kit is a comprehensive bundle of internal engine components designed to completely rebuild second-generation Volkswagen and Audi 2.0L TSI/TFSI engines

Included Components

Pistons & Rings: 4 standard-size pistons (82.5mm diameter) with 21mm wrist pins and a matching piston ring set. 

Timing Chain Kit: Timing chains, tensioners, and chain guides/rails. 

Valves: 8 intake valves and 8 exhaust valves (16 total). 

Gaskets & Seals: Cylinder head gasket set, valve cover gasket, crankshaft and camshaft oil seals, and manifold gaskets. 

Fasteners: Cylinder head bolts (typically a set of 10). 

Bearings/Washers: Main and rod bearing shells (and sometimes thrust washers, depending on the specific supplier bundle)
Vehicle Fitment: Fits select 2.0T models including the Audi A3, A4, A5, Q5, TT, and Volkswagen GTI, Jetta, Tiguan, and Passat. 

Primary Use Case: Used by professional engine builders to remedy severe oil consumption issues, low compression, or stretched timing chains typical of higher-mileage EA888 Gen2 powerplants
