GM Part #12677002 is a high-pressure fuel rail crossover tube. Also known as the fuel feed intermediate pipe assembly, it connects the high-pressure fuel pump to the fuel rails on GM's Generation 5 Small Block (Gen V LT) engines.

The factory fuel crossover tube utilizes a crushable, one-time-use seal. According to GM service guidelines, the line must be replaced entirely anytime it is disconnected. Mechanics and enthusiasts typically replace it during: 

Engine Modifications: Camshaft installations and AFM/DOD (Active Fuel Management/Displacement on Demand) deletes

Fuel System Maintenance: Fuel pump repairs or high-pressure line replacement
