Per GM, if you remove your fuel rail you must replace the fuel rail crossover tube which is a one time use. If this leaks, results could be deadly IF NOT REPLACED.
Compare your fuel sensor on the left rail. It must have the same amount of pins as the new one. If it does not, you will have to change it and use your original sensor and wire harness for that side only.
