The strut is designed to restore a vehicle's original ride, handling and control. It provides constant dampening over a wide range of temperatures. This unit can be installed easier and faster than the one of traditional struts. It is engineered to ensure it meets or even exceeds the OE level of quality. The strut assembly features electrostatic coating for optimal corrosion resistance. Its precisely calibrated valving combinations are individualized for each application, which ensures OE ride and feel.
The strut assembly includes the gas-charged MacPherson strut with NOK seals, mirror-finished, hard-chrome piston rod, and Japanese oil. The boot kit and bumper, molded from urethane rubber, absorb harsh, damaging road impact and noise for quieter ride. The reinforced robust brackets provide integrity and long lasting operation. The endurance tested bearing plate insures optimal performance and a long lifespan, while the upper and lower isolators guarantee the spring remains stable in all conditions. No spring compressor is required.
