2013 - 2019 BMW M6 GRAN COUPE F06
For 2012 The BMW M5/M6 ditched the S85 V10 in favor of the far more advanced S63 twin-turbo V8. This change lost the M5/M6's incredible sound character,(seriously, the E60 M5 was just a race car powertrain wedged inside a 5 series shape) but we have developed a system that will make you forget that the S85 even existed. Connecting to stock or aftermarket free-flow exhaust downpipes, the valved exhaust measures 3.0 inches from inlet to outlet. This system features a vast crossover section x pipes for ample exhaust scavenging and power gains. After the X-pipes the exhaust gases pass through our valved mufflers before exiting through a beautiful set of tips that can be customized to your choosing. The valves are controlled via a key fob and a small wiring harness that plugs into the factory valve control giving you 100% control.

In-House Development at Valvetronic Designs: Pioneering Performance Exhaust Systems
At Valvetronic Designs, we take pride in crafting performance exhaust systems that combine innovation, precision, and unmatched quality. Our in-house development process is built on cutting-edge technology and rigorous testing to deliver the ultimate driving experience. From 3D scanning to sound and performance optimization, every step in our process is engineered for excellence.
1. 3D Scanning: Precision from the Start
The foundation of our exhaust system development begins with precise 3D scanning. By capturing detailed measurements of the vehicle’s underbody, we ensure our exhaust designs integrate seamlessly with the car’s architecture. This process eliminates guesswork and allows us to create systems that fit perfectly, enhancing both performance and aesthetics.

2. CAD Design: From Concept to Reality
Once we have accurate data, our team uses advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to conceptualize and develop the exhaust system. Each system is designed with both form and function in mind, ensuring a balance of aesthetics and performance. Our engineers focus on optimizing airflow, minimizing backpressure, and creating valve systems that allow the driver to control the sound and performance with the push of a button.

3. In-House Prototyping: Bringing Ideas to Life
Prototyping is where our designs take shape. Using state-of-the-art fabrication equipment, we build prototypes of our exhaust systems in-house. This hands-on approach allows us to refine each design, ensuring it meets our high standards for quality and performance. Our team meticulously inspects and tests each prototype, making adjustments as needed to guarantee that the final product is flawless.

4. Sound & Performance Testing: Tuning for Perfection
What sets Valvetronic Designs apart is our commitment to perfecting both the sound and performance of our exhaust systems. We don’t just aim for power gains; we focus on creating a signature sound that enhances the driving experience. Using our in-house testing facilities, we measure sound levels, optimize valve operation, and analyze performance data to ensure each system delivers the ideal blend of performance and acoustics.
