Speed Engineering Builder Kits are made out of 304 stainless steel and offer great quality, performance, and affordability. Our Builder Kits are mandrel bent, tig welded, and feature natural stainless steel construction. This is a universal weld-in, build your own kit, and is not designed for any specific set of headers we offer.

X pipe section will not be a direct match up with any of the included tubing and would require additional fabrication for installation. 

OUR STORY

Speed Engineering was founded in the Fall of 2003 as a small retail performance shop. Since, the Speed Engineering brand has become a well-known name in the aftermarket performance parts industry.

We specialize in a vast array of products for the LS and LT engine platforms. Everything from swap components for your older C10, Camaro, Chevelle, Nova, and beyond, to your late model drag car or truck. Within the last 10 years Speed Engineering has ventured into product manufacturing, and has released several new lines of unique products for our customers.

Quality products at an affordable price is what we strive for. We are constantly adding new products to our 45,000 sqft facility. So, check in often and you will likely find something new for your project we didn’t offer before.

Our industry has been in the spotlight recently concerning global warming, regulations, and more restrictive selling standards. With millions of individuals and professionals in the classic car, drag racing, and truck industries we know how important these passions can be. At the same time, as a business we feel we need to do our part for our community and the world for that matter. Therefore every year Speed Engineering contributes to our local Police Department, is a proud 911 Memorial Support Member, and purchases thousands of dollars worth of carbon credit offsets from a variety of solar, wind, and industrial industries.
