The MOPAR Engine Camshaft, Rocker Arm, and Lifter Kit is a comprehensive valvetrain rebuild bundle designed for the 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine. It restores engine performance, fixes ticking noises, and cures misfires caused by worn-out cams or collapsed lifters.

  • Camshafts: The exact O.E. part numbers refer to the individual left/right intake and exhaust camshafts.

  • Rocker Arms: Frequently replaced alongside the camshafts (O.E. # 5184296AH).

  • Valve Lifters: Hydraulic lifters that maintain zero valve lash (O.E. # 5184332AA).

  • Gaskets: Often bundled with valve cover gaskets and intake manifold gaskets.

This kit is a Right & Left Intake & Exhaust Camshaft Set as a complete 4-piece replacement kit designed for the 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine found in 2016–2024 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.

A camshaft is a metal rod with shaped lobes that opens and closes your engine's intake and exhaust valves at precise times to let air in and push exhaust out.

The 4-piece set includes one of each specific camshaft:

Left Side (Driver Side) Intake Camshaft (OE Part numbers like 5047912AD)

Right Side (Passenger Side) Intake Camshaft (OE Part numbers like 5047913AD)

Left Side (Driver Side) Exhaust Camshaft (OE Part numbers like 5048029AD)

Right Side (Passenger Side) Exhaust Camshaft (OE Part numbers like 5048030AD)

Why it is replaced: The 3.6L Pentastar engine is known to occasionally suffer from worn camshaft lobes and ticking lifters. Replacing all four matching camshafts together ensures uniform valve timing, prevents uneven wear, and resolves engine misfires or rough idling.
