This Oil Catch Can kit is an aftermarket air-oil separator designed to trap oil vapor and moisture from the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system before it enters your engine's intake manifold.
Z-Bracket Technology: Uses a specialized "Z" mounting bracket for a direct, bolt-on installation in your engine bay.
- Maintenance: Features a knurled, easy-open bottom for tool-free draining and disposal of captured oil.
- Capacity: Typically holds around 4 oz to 6 oz of fluid.
HEMI engines are highly susceptible to oil "blow-by"—a process where oil vapors are recirculated back into the intake to burn off, leaving behind carbon deposits. An oil catch can helps maintain combustion chamber efficiency, prevents power loss, and stops carbon build-up on the intake valves.
