IT IS A 1PC CONVERSION SHAFT FROM WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY A 2PC WITH A CENTER SUPPORT BEARING. THE MAIN REASON FOR DOING THIS CONVERSION WAS THE SIMPLE FACT THAT THE CENTER BEARING BECAME DISCONTINUED. BECAUSE THE 1PC WAS SUCCESSFUL WITH NO VIBRATIONS OR SET-BACKS, IT CONTINUES TO BE THE CHEAPEST AND ONLY SOLUTION.
