    DryTech 3D Synthetic Dry Filter

CORSA Performance DryTech 3D Air Filters maximize power and filtration performance while reducing maintenance. Using specialized hydrophobic polysynthetic fibers, CORSA Performance DryTech 3D Filters boost filtration capacity, lengthening time between maintenance intervals up to 50K miles depending on driving conditions. By vastly increasing media depth through unique pleating geometry, each filter traps more particulate than traditional cone style filters allowing you to drive further before requiring service.

DryTech 3D Filters reduce maintenance time by resisting saturation that occurs during washing, dropping drying time to as little as 2 hours. For an even faster clean, vacuum off surface particulate to restore filter performance. Recommended for consumers who prefer the ease of maintenance of a non-oiled filter but the performance gains of a traditional cotton gauze media.

PRODUCT CARE: Dry Filter (DryTech 3D)

    Cleaning your DryTech 3D:
One of the benefits of using a DryTech 3D filter is that you can clean and reuse it. Depending on driving and environmental conditions; the filter will become caked with dirt and require cleaning. It is recommended to clean the filter on your CORSA Intake at least two times a year. Replacement filters are available through CORSA. Also, if you experience a sudden decrease in mileage or engine performance, the filter will need to be cleaned.

    QUICK CLEANING:

1.Vacuum free debris from the surface of the filter.
2.Remove the filter from your air intake and tap it on a hard surface to remove any loose dirt.

DO NOT OIL! Oiling your Dry filter will ruin its effectiveness and require immediate replacement.

    DEEP CLEANING:

1.Vacuum free debris from the surface of the filter.
2.Remove the filter from your air intake and tap it on a hard surface to remove any loose dirt.

3.Liberally spray the filter with filter cleaner and allow it to soak in for about 10 minutes. Avoid petroleum based products because they will soften and destroy sealing edges.

4.Rinse off the dirt from the inside of the filter out. Never use high pressure nozzles or air; they could tear and distort the cotton gauze media.

    5. Allow the filter to air dry in a clean area. Never use applied heat or an air vent to dry the filter. Do NOT reinstall a wet or damp filter. The oiled filter must be completely dry before it is installed.

DO NOT OIL! Oiling your Dry filter will ruin its effectiveness and require immediate replacement.

PRODUCT CARE: Oiled Filters (MaxFlow 5 & Pro5)

Cleaning your Oiled Filter is Easy:
One of the benefits of using a Pro5 or MaxFlow5 Oiled filter is that you can clean and reuse the cotton gauze filter. Depending on driving and environmental conditions; the filter will become caked with dirt and require cleaning. A two-stage filter recharger kit with cleaner and oil is required. It is recommended to clean the filter on your CORSA Intake at least two times a year. Replacement filters are available through CORSA. Also, if you experience a sudden decrease in mileage or engine performance, the filter will need to be cleaned.

    REMOVE:

Remove the oiled filter from your air intake and tap it on a hard surface to remove any loose dirt.

    SPRAY:

Liberally spray the filter with filter cleaner and allow it to soak in for about 10 minutes. Avoid petroleum based products because they will soften and destroy sealing edges.

    RINSE:

Rinse off the dirt from the inside of the filter out. Never use high pressure nozzles or air; they could tear and distort the cotton gauze media.

    DRY:

Allow the filter to air dry in a clean area. Never use applied heat or an air vent to dry the filter. Do NOT reinstall a wet or damp filter. The oiled filter must be completely dry before it is installed.

    OIL:

Using air filter oil, apply a thin coating to each pleat. The oil will soak into the pleat and after 20 minutes you will see areas that need to be touched up with more oil.
