Valvetronic Designs Product Warranty

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH WITHIN, VALVETRONIC DESIGNS MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL VALVETRONIC DESIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND WHETHER OR NOT VALVETRONIC DESIGNS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.   The warranties listed herein are the only remedy the Consumer or Dealer has for any loss or damage, however arising, due to nonconformity in or defect of the product. This warranty does not cover consequential damage, loss of time or revenues, labor, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle (including rental vehicle fees), shipping, damage to the vehicle or components, or other incidental or indirect damage. VALVETRONIC DESIGNS’s sole liability on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of the products sold hereunder shall in no case exceed the amount actually paid to VALVETRONIC DESIGNS for the applicable product.  These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Issuing of refunds

Dealer responsibility as it pertains to warranties and guarantees:

Every dealer or distributor must understand and uphold any and all requirements as they pertain to refunds and honor all guarantees including but not limited to Fitment Guarantees, Sound Satisfaction Guarantees, and other warranties and guarantees as published with product information and on the VALVETRONIC DESIGNS website. Dealers and distributors will handle all refunds to customers and consumers as approved by VALVETRONIC DESIGNS. All warranties are explained below and may change from time to time. All warranty claims or returns must be routed through the support section of the VALVETRONIC DESIGNS website.

ORDER EXCHANGE:

In the case an exchange is needed, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ship back the product in exchange for the proper components.

Example: 

  • Ordered a 2.5 muffler kit but need 3.0

  • Please reach out via email and confirm the exchange

  • You will be required to reorder the product.

  • Once reordered ship the original shipment back to us for a refund

  • We will ship out your new order in the meantime

We can NOT exchange product unless another order is opened.

  

PARTIAL RETURNS:

Partial returns are not granted. You are responsible for confirming the product you ordered are the correct ones for your vehicle.

Example:

Ordered 2 muffler kit and 2 tips but only need 1 muffler

We are not able to process returns for partial kits, no exceptions

  

Fitment issues:

If you receive a product that does not fit properly here are the steps:

  1. Take a MINIMUM of 10 Photos of the issues and 1 video.

  2. Upload this information to the form below (please allow for 24-48hr response)

  3. Email customerservice@valvetronic.com and relay the issues you are having

  4. From there we will assist you in the process

 If there is a fitment issues with a product please conclude the install immediately. Once the exhaust is heat cycled it is not able to be returned or exchanged as it is a used item. If the item you ordered is unable to be easily replaced Valvetronic Designs will cover the costs of modifications. This process is at the sole discretion of Valvetronic Designs.

 If the item is a special operations product and another unit is not in stock, we will assist in the modification process to repair the exhaust. This way we are able to assist you get your car back on the road sounding as it always should have.

If a replacement unit is available, we will ship you a replacement and a return label to get the original damaged product back. If the original product is not shipped back Valvetronic Designs reserves the right to charge for the additional product.

IF A SYSTEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE IS INSTALLED AND THE SYSTEM IS HEAT CYCLED WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

PRODUCT DISCOUNTS:

 If your order has been placed within 24 hours and a sale goes live on the product you have ordered you are able to reorder the product and cancel your original. Customers MUST contact the Valvetronic Designs Customer Service team to make us aware of their intentions.

*Please note that this could result in delays as your original order slot is forfeited.

*If an order has already shipped a discount is not applicable

*If an order has been placed more than 24 Hours prior, Valvetronic Designs is unable to offer this exchange program

*Not applicable on Special Operations Systems

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

A CUSTOMER SHALL NOT PROCESS A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT SENDING THE GOODS BACK TO US. CHARGEBACKS FOR ANY REASON WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEMS ARE RETURNED BACK TO US. NO CREDIT CARD COMPANY SHALL INITIATE A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT REQUIRING CUSTOMER TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK. ITEMS CAN BE SEND BACK TO US AT:
