PLM offers the best value performance parts and we stand behind our products with 1-year warranty from the date of sale. Any part that shows evidence of being used or installed improperly, and/or due to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. All packages must be inspected carefully upon receipt. We ship items over $100 value with direct signature required. Delivery shortages for missing parts and claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery. After that time no claims will be considered. Please note that damage claims must be made with the carrier. PLM shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise. PLM is not responsible for installation charges, shop labor fees, system downtime, lost data or any other damages. We will not pay for your mechanic/tech to install the products nor will we pay for your mechanic/tech to make changes to our products. This is disclaimer in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Warranty claims will not honored if the products was purchased through unauthorized retailers or as used products. We also do not warranty wrapped headers, manifolds or exhaust products.
