Oracle Lighting® Halo Ring Technologies

Each of Halo styles offers a different look. CCFL Halos have a soft ambient glow and smooth light output. While showing up great at night, they are not as pronounced in the daylight. SMD Halos offer an intense appearance, bright output, and can be clearly seen during the day and at night. They are the most popular to date. Plasma Halos combine technologies of both CCFL and SMD, offering ultra intensive light output with a smooth glow. These are by far the brightest Halos.

The ORACLE Halo Kit is the most head-turning modification you can do for such a small investment. Throw out what you think you know about Halo lights because you have not seen anything until you have seen a set of ORACLE Halos in person. These Halos utilize the latest technologies to be seen vividly even in direct sunlight.

It goes without saying but when you pull up to the local Friday Night car meet and switch on a set of ORACLE Halos as you pull into the parking lot... heads turn! These lights do not look like cheap set of "off the shelf" headlights... because they are not. These Halos install into your existing quality OE factory lights, which preserves the original styling of the vehicle while adding your own custom flare! Unlike other cheap "Halo" headlights that use one LED to illuminate the ring, the ORACLE rings have hundreds of high-quality 3528 Bridgelux (made in the USA) LEDs. This product is so well engineered, that it will outlive your car... Guaranteed! That is right, these kits carry a lifetime warranty.

ORACLE LED/SMD Technology Halos (Light Emitting Diode/Surface Mount Diode), are composed of circuit board material. These Halos have an expected life of 100,000 hours that will outlast your vehicle. LED/SMD Halos do not require power inverters, they operate from the 12V current of your vehicle.

ORACLE LED (SMD) Halo Kits use High-Powered Surface Mount Diodes to produce brilliant luminescence that is easily visible even in direct sunlight. These LED Halo Rings are composed of a 6-Layer circuit board which gives the ring a rigid structure. The rings are powered directly to 12V power without any inverter or other external devices. These rings are also available in ColorSHIFT, which is capable of making the ring change into hundreds of different colors.

ORACLE CCFL Halo Kits use Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lighting for smooth, consistent, bright and even-lit ring illumination. CCFL is a Phosphor-coated glass tube (similar to neon) that is powered via a separate inverter and connected to the ring by a PNP connector. This glass tube does need to be handled with care during installation. CCFL tubes are rated at 50,000 hours of continuous use, and ORACLE CCFL Halos carry a limited lifetime warranty.

ORACLE CCFL Technology Halos (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lighting) are composed of glass material. These Halos have an expected lifetime of 50,000 hours that can outlast your vehicle. The expected output from the CCFL halo rings is a continuous smooth ambient light. CCFL Technology requires power inverters, that are included in ORACLE Halo kits, to down-convert the current.

ORACLE Plasma Halo Rings are the latest advancement in solid-state LED Lighting Technology. These new Plasma Halos feature Chip-On-Board (COB) design where hundreds of semiconductors make direct contact to the circuit board, essentially turning the entire circuit board in the luminaire. This design ensures optimal thermal management, high packing density (no spaces), and provides overall high performance light output. This new Plasma LED technology is not only brighter than previous LED Halo rings, but also features very consistent light output and appears as one solid ring rather than individual LEDs.
