Intake Warranty
Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to tnothe repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technologies discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.
Exhaust Warranty
Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any exhaust system considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technologies discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement.
SES Intercoolers and exhaust systems
Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. SES Intercooler and exhaust systems that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Injen Technology. All other warranty issues will apply as indicated under the Air Intake section. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation. Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation.
PRESERVATION OF RIGHT
Injen Technology reserves the right to make changes in design, material and specifications, or to make product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice. Injen Technology reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify product previously manufactured.

Under this Act, aftermarket equipment that improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer's original warranty, unless the warranty clearly states the addition of aftermarket equipment automatically voids your vehicle's warranty or if it can be proven that the aftermarket device is the direct cause of the failure. The easiest way to check this is to look in your owner's manual under, "what is not covered". Under Magnusson-Moss Act a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before they can deny warranty coverage. If they cannot prove such claim-or offer an explanation - it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty.
