Parts shipments sent in without an RMA number may be discarded or refused and returned to sender at senders cost.
Approved RMA: We have a 14 day return policy on stocked parts, all shipping charges and restocking fees are the customers responsibility.
RMA numbers must be clearly written on the outside of the box, the return tracking number must be emailed to orders@bwoodyperformance.com
Refund / Store Credit WILL NOT be processed until receiving & inspecting returned item.
Be sure to pack parts securely upon returning, damaged items will not be accepted. We recommend insuring all return shipments.

Additional information:
- Order cancellation may be subject to a 5-35% fee depending on the product in which was ordered, to cover processing fees and other fees applied by our vendors.
- 15% restocking fee on standard (stocked) parts.
- 25% restocking fee on non-stocked parts.
- No return or refund on special ordered parts/ packages.
- No return on Tools (Crank pinning kits, pulley tools, etc.)
- No return or refund on electrical items.
- No return or refund on Tuning packages.
- Adjustable items are considered special ordered parts.
- No return on products with upgraded bushings, as delrin is pressed into the part- it cannot be removed.
- No return on powder coated items unless they are powder coated with the parts standard color. (wrinkle black, silver)
- Absolutely no refund on custom powder coated items.
- Absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds on installed parts.
- No Shipping refund on returned parts.
- BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for parts installed incorrectly.
- BWP Automotive concepts accepts no liability for customers installation costs at shops other than BWoody Performance. Customers responsibility to verify parts before installation as fitment may vary.
