Refund and Return Policy

Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)

If your Baer product needs to be returned, please use the following procedure:

To request RMA number, please contact your sales representative at (602) 233-1411. When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:
  • Your name, company, telephone, and email address.
  • Parts/systems to be returned, and reason for return.
  • Original place of purchase and invoice. *Merchandize may only be returned if purchase through Baer, Inc. directly.
We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. The RMA number is only valid for 30 days after it has been issued. Returns received after the 30 day period will NOT be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once you have obtained your RMA number this must be clearly marked on returning packages and accompanying paperwork. Product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be new (unused), in its original packaging and in salable condition. Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid. For your benefit send domestic returns via UPS-Ground or any other trackable shipping method. International returns can be sent by the carrier of your choice at your own expense.
 
Returns that do not meet stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee.
  • Baer Brake Systems (full systems) are custom built per order and are NOT returnable.
  • Any nonstandard finishes are NOT returnable (this covers, but is not limited to powder coat finishes, logo colors, rotor finishes etc.).
  • Returns will be accepted due to defective items (after Baer deems them defective), or miss-shipped items.
Baer does not take responsibility for wheel fitment.  All brake systems should be verified for wheel fitment before purchase! Baer will not accept returns of any brake systems due to wheel fitment issues.
No returns will be accepted for discontinued product.
